At London Grillz, we strive for perfection in every piece; however, due to the custom nature of our dental jewelry, returns are only accepted for non-custom items or manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all security tags remain intact, as removed tags will void your eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and clear photographs of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the item in its original luxury velvet box and outer packaging, ensuring the security seal is unbroken and all authentication certificates are included.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Ship the package back to our London studio using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our master jewelers will inspect the piece for wear; approved returns will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
